| The Prickly Currant Bush has a dense growth habit. The leaves are small, dark green, glossy and ovate. During spring it displays small, green flowers. After flowering, spherical, orange-red, edible berries are produced. It prefers damp soil in a sunny to partly shaded position and is often found alongside creeks. |
