Chamaerops humilis
| The Mediterranean Fan Palm has an upright habit. The leaves are triangular, fan shaped and green. The leaf stems have very sharp teeth. It displays bright yellow flowers close to the foliage. It prefers moist, well drained soil in a sunny to partly shaded position. It is adaptable to many soils, tolerant of frost and drought and fast growing. |
